As leading providers of biomethanation technology, we’re with you every step of the way as you integrate our tech into your operations. From demystifying the science behind e-methane production and maximizing your ROI with feasibility studies to connecting you to qualified partners, and providing long-term support – our expert team is always available to provide the help you need.
Here, you’ll find a step-by-step guide that shows how we help clients to leverage the potential of e-methane production with our innovative biomethanation technology.
01
Explore our tech
Discover the potential of our biomethanation technology, explore applications and find out how it all works. On our website, you’ll find an extensive range of information that tells you everything you need to know, from technical specs to integration options.
Whether you’re building a new power plant, operating an existing biogas plant or you need to reduce industrial emissions, our biomethanation tech can help you to fulfil your economic, environmental and operational goals.
Our in-house experts will work with you to gather the necessary data to undertake a feasibility study and assess the economic impact of incorporating our technology at your site. This will tell you how our solutions can accelerate your commercial goals.
04
Connect with Partners
for project delivery
If you don’t have a preferred partner of your own to provide engineering and project delivery, we’ll introduce you to our commercial partners, pre-qualified engineering firms or help identify parties that can undertake project planning, engineering and delivery for our biomethanation system.
05
Sign a Licensing Agreement
When you sign our licensing agreement, you secure the right to use our patented technology to generate e-methane. We have flexible solutions to match your commercial and technical needs and Electrochaea supports it customers and their partners via appropriate contracts during feasibility, permitting and project implementation.
06
Transfer of
Technical Information
In accordance with the licensing agreement, the technical information required to engineer the biomethanation process will be transferred to you and your chosen engineering partner for project implementation and we will transfer the biocatalyst to you with a specific agreement, known as a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) – e-methane production is on the horizon!
System Installation
Your selected contractor will install the bioreactor, where the biomethanation process occurs, in accordance with the technical information and engineering documents provided by Electrochaea.
Other systems, such as an electrolyzer to produce green hydrogen, and balance of plant will be delivered and commissioned by vendors you select.
07
Biocatalyst Commissioning
The Electrochaea team will commission the biocatalyst to ensure optimal performance and e-methane outputs.
08
Operator Training
Our robust technology is designed to require minimal maintenance, but we’ll provide comprehensive operator training to ensure you feel confident managing on-site e-methane production.
E-methane Production Begins!
With the system fully commissioned, you’re ready to accelerate your green transition with on-site e-methane production.
09
On-going Support
You’ll have access to our expert team for support as you need it to ensure optimal e-methane production.
